1. Positions: Computer Programmers & App Developer

• Preferably degree in Computer Science (CS/CSE).
• Must have at least three years' experience in building complex SQL queries, Stored Procedures, Functions and understanding/debugging step through Stored Procedures. Strong knowledge & experience in Oracle APEX version 21.2 and above. Development environment includes Oracle Database 12c, 19c and above; or strong experience in Node.js and React.js development, with extensive experience working in Oracle Database 12c, 19c higher environments.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap and dynamic PL/SQL content development.
• Must have knowledge of reporting tools; BI Publisher/Crystal Report/Jasper Report. API build in Oracle APEX & integrations with other APIs in Oracle APEX. Cooperating with back-end developer in the process of building RESTful API.
• Well-versed in ERP solutions with a strong understanding of various business modules, including Life Insurance Policy Administration, Accounts Payroll, and Human Resources Management (HRM).

• 2–3 years of mobile app development with Flutter. Maintain and update our cross-platform mobile app (iOS & Android) developed in Flutter.
• Integrate and troubleshoot RESTful APIs. Manage and optimize Oracle database interactions.
• Implement new features, fix bugs, and enhance app performance. Ensure app security and compliance with industry best practices. Proficiency in Flutter framework and Dart programming language.
• Experience with Git and version control workflows. Proven track record in maintaining and updating mobile applications.
• Experience with Oracle database and backend services. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.

2. Positions: Assistant Manager

Bachelor or Master degree in Business discipline/ Economics/ English/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ CSE/ Physics from any Public or renowned Private University. Minimum CGPA 2.50 out of 4.00 in Graduation and Post-Graduation level. Minimum GPA 3.00 out of 5.00 in SSC & HSC level.

Age not exceeding 35 years as on June 01, 2026. Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Bangla are essential. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential, and use of software like Oracle EBS would be desirable.

Negotiable for Position No. 1 & monthly consolidated salary will be Tk. 30,000/- (Taka thirty thousand) only for Position No. 2 during the probation period of 12 months. After successful completion of the probation period, the incumbents of both positions will be confirmed in the regular pay scale of the company and entitled to other fringe benefits like PF, Gratuity, Group Insurance, festival and incentive bonuses, etc.

1. Head of Bancassurance

• Master's degree from a recognized private or public university.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in the life insurance industry and/or at least 10 years in banking experience at a senior managerial level.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to achieve business targets and manage strategic banking partnerships.

• Master's degree from a recognized private or public university.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in group and health insurance marketing and servicing, with leadership experience preferred.

• Proven ability to achieve business targets and perform assigning duties.
